Redirecting of Credit Card

I've just been on the phone with 3 people in various call centres to get my credit card redirected which I've asked for via SMS to be delivered to the Tableview branch. They have sent it to the Fourways branch. I've been asked security questions which I understand should be asked. I've moved twice so wasn't sure which address you've got on the system and I gave one of my old addresses which this person could see on the system but still don't want to assist. Surely the operator could forward the card and make a note on your system that my details need to be updated in branch before I can get my card. I'm not staying close to a standard bank so specially need to drive there to just update details and then again to collect my card. I just feel really frustrated. If I gave address details which they couldn't even pick up on your system I will understand but she had the address in front of her. I also told her that I'm paying my card via EFT and also receiving my statements via email which she didn't even want to check. If she checked she could also see that the card has been sent to Fourways and not Tableview but didn't even bother. Really not a happy customer.
