Wrong debit date

I have a debit order of of R610.00 with for personal loan. My last transaction was R150.00 and my balance was R85.00. Today from Work I go to the Petrol sation to pour petrol and upon paying I discover that my balance is now R45.00 and Im unable to pay for fuel that is now in the car. Left the car there at the Petrol station and took a taxi to the nearest pick n pay, Ask for bank statement only to find that R610.76 was debited to day on the 27th for personal loans. I only get paid last day of the month and now I have to call people around like a homeless person or person taking chances at the petrol sation for money for the petrol.

I dont understand why I have to be humiliated like this wen i have an agreement that the debit order will be on the last dayof the month. I have been very loyal th Nedbank and gave the high scores on service all the time and never in my life expected such humiliation.
