Standard Bank Cant Deliver a simple Card correctly

My Credit Card was used and was picked up by Standard Bank. Well done for that.
I was notified, the card was cancelled and a new card was ordered.
I stipulated at the phone call that the card must be delivered to the Karaglen Branch of Standard Bank for my convenience. I was called about a week later notifying me that the card was ready for collection at the KingsMead branch in Durban. The person I spoke to on the phone then informed me that I will need to call card division and arrange the re-delivery of the card. I refused and told them that this is a Standard Bank issue and they must resolve it. I even placed a complaint on the Hello Peter website about the non-compliance of my initial instruction. I then received a call from a Standard Bank representative who informed me that the card will be sent to the Karaglen branch. I agreed. I got a call last week informing me that the card is now at the Greenstone branch. I accepted and told that representative to keep the card here as I will collect it from this branch. I got to the branch today, stood in a queue for over an hour only to be told that the card is now at the Karaglen branch. I want the card delivered!
