Unprofessional! i need to change banks really!

I just Cant beleive this! i really need move to FNB I am so fedup with standardbank. Renew my credit card then send to to my branch no notification no nothing at the end they decide to destroy my card without informing me at all! A consultant calls them from Palmspring to inform them that the card needs to be deliverd at palmspring, I also call them to make it clear to them that this card needs to be delivered at Palmspring they agree and told me that the card will be there on Monday i took day off to go and collect this card today, now i am told that the card is at veerinigeng. Now which language to these people understand i want to know! i want my card now! or they might as well cancel it! i will open my credit card with the back that cares really!
