My husband has been trying since the beginning of the year to update his bank card! yet the system keeps declining why I don't know as all his accounts are up to date, I mean he is not applying for a loan or anything just simply wants to upgrade his card which was advised to do by 2 staff members at different branches, no one is able to help, so about a month ago we logged a complaint on STD bank website and to now no one has bothered calling him regarding the complaint? he is a good customer and ensures his accounts are paid on time every month, I find this shocking guess he is just another numbe
