No response to complaint even after one month

I made an online complaint on the Standard Bank Website regarding the card division and was given a reference number 31045015 and to date have absolutely no response from Standard bank. I followed this up with an email directly to the card division on 19/12/12 and received only an acknowledgement of the complaint and again no further response or feedback. I subsequently cancelled my credit card at the beginning of this year due to the poor service and once again mentioned the issues I have had and still no one has gotten back to me. I have been a loyal customer of Standard bank for the past 20 years with an excellent credit record and unfortunately their service in return has been dismal. It has become quite obvious that Standard bank is quite happy to lose customers as even cancelling my credit card with them elicited no response. This experience has been most disappointing to say the least and I am now considering closing my entire account with them. Though I doubt even this will get them to respond to my complaint.
