FNB's customer care is shocking. Below is my query/complaint lodged mid October, to date still no answers or explanations. The only time you get good service is when you are opening your new FNB accounts, after that they don't care. I will be closing my accounts and going straight back to Standard Bank where I had excellent service for 20 years.

Here is my original query:-

I opened my FNB current account and gold credit card in January this year. I changed over from Standard Bank for the rewards offered.

In about June this year, I applied for a Petrol card, which I received. I requested that this card be linked to my other accounts so I could earn fuel rewards. I've spent on average R2500.00 to R3000.00 per month on fuel at Engen garages on this card.

Two days ago I found out that this is a stand alone card and I've earned no rewards on this account whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed and feel very mislead.

If I at the time had known, I would never have opened the petrol card, incurred the costs of the card, and would have used my FNB credit card to fill up with fuel.

I would greatly appreciate if you could look into this matter and advise me accordingly
