I have been banking with FNB for about 6 years now. In the last 4 year I have had my account in good standing every month. Not once was a debit order rejected or returned or any of my accounts in a negative. I was always able to apply and receive a temporary loan. For some unexplained reason I am now unable to have access to this loan. Also when I apply for any other service for example overdraft or revolving loan I always get rejected, even now with my application for a smartphone.
I do understand the whole credit record thing, but I am not blacklisted, my accounts are paid and up to date. I have been trying to get an overdraft for about 2 year to no avail.
I was granted a credit card from another bank, but when applying to FNB - declined.
I am so disappointed that you treat your loyal customers this way.
