Incorrect Credit Bureau Update

I logged a complaint with Standard Bank's customer complaints department last week but I have not had feedback yet. I received an e-mail from Leroy Cohen that my query is being attended to on Friday. I called this morning and spoke to Leroy who advised me that the update has been sent to the bureau and I need to wait for the turnaround time to pass. I cannot wait any longer as the incorrect update in not my fault. I have been paying my account every month on the 20th. My payment due date is incorrect, and I have tried to rectify this a few times in the 10 years that I have had this card. Suddenly Standard Bank cannot find my telephonic request. I pay my card every month, why should I have to wait any longer to have this matter rectified. If this is not rectified soon I can loose a property which I have signed an offer to purchase for.
