I have been in contact with Sicelo Khoza who assured me that he would help resolve and issue. Sicelo has stopped replying to my emails of query. I am SICK AND TIRED OF TERRIBLE SERVICE. I was assured when I originally laid this complaint that it would get resolved. My original complaint was laid over 2 weeks ago and I have since had 1 phone call of which I was told to email my query through. on doing this I received an unsatisfactory response of which I responded to this email. I am yet to receive a response and ONCE AGAIN my query sits in the dark with NO ASSISTANCE from Standard bank. You people claim you have good customer care but it is actually revolting. You will not assist the customer, you will not listen to the customer and to top it all I have previously had a threat from a Lucinda Bagley. Who was so quick to throw threats at me AND YET DID NOT SUPPLY THE CORRECT PAPER WORK HENCE THE CURRENT PROBLEM. What does a customer need to do to get treated correctly!!! DO NOT GET ONE OF YOUR SILLY CALL CENTRE PEOPLE TO CALL ME! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH, I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY ASSIST AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM!
