Bad credit rating due to horrific service

Good Day, Once again I am complaining about Standard. In May 2013, someone had cloned my card & withdrew all the money out of my accounts. I contacted the appropriate department- they froze my accounts. 4 months later- after placing a complaint on Hello Peter(&many telephone calls) this problem was dealt with. Only for another one to arise. Much to my disappointment in Standard bank-I realize-due this issue not being resolved in time- that my credit rating has been affected. Standard Bank- may i ask you-how can you point fingers at me for not paying my Standard Bank Credit Card on time (a month late but still paid) if all my money was out of my account due to a hole in your system! Please explain to me in detail how come I was not contacted regarding this issue? Surely after having a credit card with you for 6 years and NEVER being late with payments, to put me on a "blacklist" should have checked the records to see- OH wait, this person was robbed and because of our incompetence was unable to pay per credit card on time! The service once again to sort out this issue is seriously affecting my life!
