No Response is not a Response at all

On 04/06/2013 7:15 AM I was in an accident reported it Immediately. Discover promised that they will contact and send paramedics as soon as i was in an accident as the C-Track will report it. Never Happened Today 26/06/2013 and the work on my car has not started. And it is not from lack of effort from my side as I have been phoning the assessor and discovery and now the panel beaters at least six times a day. AS THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE AT ALL. Every second day a request some management to call me and every time no one calls. AS THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE. Included in my insurance is a rental car but there's a catch only for 30 days but its almost a month and no work on the car yet. I don't know what to do any more as this is the second complaint on HELLOPETER for the same accident. But let me say it again THEY DON'T CARE.
