Greatest disappointment ever don't care at all

On 04/06/2013 7:15 AM I was in an accident I reported it to discovery and a tow truck was there in /- 30min great. But this is were it went wrong Sulu with who I only was able to talk to once called and logged the claim although I was advised to rather do it directly with the other party's insurance as he was liable. I told her that I would phone and find out but I don't believe it would work as I require a lone vehicle witch I only get when my claim is done with discovery. I then tried to call her back after 10min to inform her that they must go on with the claim but could not get hold of her even after leaving 5 messages over 2 days for her to contact me. At 4:00 PM on the 5th I requested from a the call center that Management phone me to no avail. I phoned this morning and a system error has lost my claim with that they want to send the assessor to my house although they towed the car to who knows were. I requested again for management to call me still nothing { they don't care }.
