Accident Claim - No Assistance

I was advised to contact Winnie Klopper regarding incomplete work done on my car following an accident on 25/2/2013. An email was sent to her office on 16/5/2013 explaining the entire incident including all the problems I am having now. This email included details given to the panel beaters by the assessor. Photographs of the work not done were also included. As of today's date 4/6/2013, I have not received any feedback from Winnie regarding any progress to my complaint. I am now desperate and am not sure what to do next!!
