NO PROMPT ASSISTANCE FROM CALL CENTRE

I am very much ridiculed by the level of service I have received from ABSA. I called in on Monday to request for my TAX certificate after I had resigned in May and was asked to email the request to [Email Removed] Everytime I call HRCC, the lines are very busy and it takes almost 20 mins for an agent to pick up. When they do, They will just tell you that the best they can do is ESCALATE! I spoke to Dillaine Geduld on Tuesday who said he would do his best to see if the request can be sent on Wenesday morning I had waited the whole day and when I called HRCC again, I had to wait for around 20 mins. George Mphasi was suppose to get back to me as well but told me that no one can help me and the best he can do is ESCALATE. I am literally tired of hearing that word. I wish ABSA would stop embarrasing itself with bad service all the time!
