I had a car accident a week ago (13 May). I reported the accident to Discovery Insure on the same day and they promised me that within 48 hours, an assessor would be in contact with me. The woman I reversed into harasses me daily about when I am going to sort out her car. Firstly, no assessor contacted me within 48 hours, secondly, no-one in the call centre could tell me how to advise the third party. Eventually someone in the call centre was able to assist me and he put me through to Nadia. Nadia had no idea who I was or anything about my claim. She promised to call back. She never did. Today, a week and a day after the accident (21 May) no one has contacted me. I called Discovery Insure THREE TIMES today to get in touch with Nadia. Nadia was so rude and unhelpful; she was deceitful and told Discovery Insure that she has been trying to contact me all week but I don't answer (a lie) and her manager then told me that they cannot come and look at my car at my place of work because insurance companies don't do that (another lie). Nadia's manager then promised to call me back and in true Discovery style... he didn't call back.
