Not getting feedback and waiting for eve

I was in a car accident claim number 131421, I got the car back to find additional damages, I reported this to Eugenia Chauke and waited long time for a response, eventually the assessor called and sent his picture, and the damages happened from after he took the photo's and before the car was dropped off at the panel beaters.
SMD said they are not responsible, I have now asked Discovery then who is, and i'm still waiting for feedback, the turnaround times are not 24 or 48 hours, I have gone days waiting, calling and having no one answer. I want my problem resolved ASAP, I don't care who fixes it, but I want it like I gave it before. Can someone in a senior position in the claims dep please contact me ASAP
