Discovery Insure: Keeping your word?

Good day,

I would like to record this as an official coplaint.

A month and two weeks ago, I had my car sent in to be fixed after I had an accident. I was told by the assesor that the right hand side of the car. Now, the panel beaters said they could only fix the bumpe, not the scatches cause by the accident, nor did they fix the mirror.

When I phoned Discovery the claims department on Thursday (yesterday) they just hung on me. I was just talking to myself.

I would just like to get the right hand part of the car fixed, as promised by the assessor.
