NO feedback after 2 months of logging claim & esca

We lodged a disability claim with Standard bank life insurance department on the 9 of April 2013 and has not received any feedback regarding our claim to date. We have been calling in on a weekly basis and have been told over and over that someone will call us back but nothing. We escalated the matter to the Supervisor Yasmin Muhammed who personally agreed to handle the matter and would give us feedback in 2 weeks time. 2 Weeks went by and we had to call her for feedback. She advised that she will followup with a medical department and would get to us the same day. That was over a week ago and she still haven't come back to us. Now when we call we get told that she is on leave. I've asked to speak to the Manager Marvin but apparently he is not available at all. No agent can help us with out claim and keep advising us that they will get someone to call us back. This is ridiculous service, the worse i have ever seen in my life.
