Claim not paid out

On the 14th of June, I had the displeasure of reporting that my camera has been out of my boot to outsurance. I have to say the process went really smooth.
Until obviously they had to pay out the claim.
I HAD TO WAIT A MONTH before I got the disappointing news that my claim WILL NOT BE PAID OUT, there grounds being I did not see the people remove the camera out of my boot. Without wanting to be funny, who actually sees someone take their stuff? If that is the case, then most probably they will not pay-out any of their OUT AND ABOUT cover. As you HAVE to see the take your property and only then they will honour their part. I think the majority of people would obviously do something to stop it the if you saw them!!! I would for sure!
The worst part of this is I need the camera to continue with my studies, and I do not have the cash flow to buy a new one.

I cannot recommend anyone to make use of outsurance, they are very smooth talkers at first, however everything turns sour as soon as you actually claim.
And after this incident I have heard of numerous people that they had a similar experience with OUTSURANCE.
