I opened an insurance with Finrite in April 2013. I told them i was a Vodacom Subscriber they still went on and opened the insurance with me. Later in May they deducted the premium to my surprise i was told they only cover Cell C subscribers. I asked them for a refund, Michelle assured me that the refund will done in 3 days time that was on the 4th June 2013, on Monday 11th June the refund was still not made. I decided to call them again this time i spoke to Adrian who was clueless at what he was saying. He promised that the refund will done before the end of this week and its now Friday, i called them again i spoke to Adrian to my surprise he cant even recall speaking to me and told me that no refund is due to me. He was rude and i aked to speak to his Supervisor after waiting for 5 minutes for her. She said she will check with the finance department and get back to me. The service at C-Sure is disguisting and unprofessional.
