I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter on the 30th of January. I got a response to say you are looking into matter and will contact me but to date no one has called me.

I lodged an claim with Stanbic during October 2013. We requested the contractor be changed due to a lack of service. Another contract was assigned thereafter. I lodged a formal complaint to Standbic and Standard Banks complaints department regarding the shocking treatment we received, we have spent hours on the phone and staff we spoke to refused to transfer me to a senior person. I have still not had any feedback on this matter and the last comment from Samantha was to enforce a cash payout instead of processing a legitimate claim. Posting the feedback on Hello Peter of we are looking into the matter and will respond to you seems to mean the same as when they say we will call you back, because I have not had any response from anyone.

So disappointed in the lack of service and lack of feedback.
