Standard Bank - Disability Claim

My husband Wille Erasmus got hurt at work. He has a Standard bank Disable insurance at the bank, and they refuse to pay the insurance out. He went for a back operation, and all the medical reports was submitted to Standard Bank.

He had a Old Mutual disability insurance with Old Mutual and the pay his claim out with the same medical reports that was given to Standard bank.

Yasmeen Mohamed was dealing with the claim... and her response was: The claim was reviewed and unfortunately the claim will be rejected. I will send a rejection letter later today.
Two weeks later and still no valid reason.

Can you please advise what we can do to get this matter sorted out.
