No response on claim

On the 22 March 2013 I sent away all the necessary forms to Momentum for disability claim due to a motor vehicle accident. I was told it would take between 5 and 10 working days which has now passed and would really like to know what Momentums policy on Claims payout is as every time I phone in I am told that there is a claims committee meeting and my claim is to be discussed. Two weeks ago when I called one of the consultants told me that there is a claims committee meeting again on 29.04.2013 and one of the accesses will call me. No-one called. Yesterday when I called the call centre, the consultant told me that there is going to be another claims committee meeting in two weeks. She promised that one of the accesses will call me back, still nothing. I emailed the claim department 29.04.2013 and asked for someone to contact me with regards to feedback and still no-one has contacted me. Please I need some kind of feedback as to what is happening to my claim. I have never received any kind of feedback whatsoever besides on-going claims committee meetings and I am always in the dark. Could someone kindly help with this issue??
