Left hanging... no feedback at all!

I feel like Miway don't care at all about their clients when its time for a claim. I reported a damage on my car with Charlene on the 26 March 2013 and even sent pics on the same day, upon not receiving feedback for long I tried to call the claims department on 5 April and I was kept on holding for long, I ended up talking with Ntokozo who asked me to leave the message and someone from the claims dept will be in touch with me but no one contacted me, I followed up again on 8 April and spoke to Lonwabo who tried to transfer me to the claims dept but again no one was available to give me proper feedback about my claim, Lonwabo also promised me that someone from claims section was gonna come back to me, till today I have not received any feedback with regards to my claim. Can someone please assist and give me feedback with regards to my claim.
