Still no resolution!!

My fiance contacted RCS more than a month ago to advise that purchases took place on his account without his permission outside of Cape Town. We did all the necessary got the affidavit, copied the card and sent signatured which we sent to them more than once because they kept losing pages. Eventually we had to contact them to ask what was going on and was advised that it was allocated to be handled by Broadwin. We have not heard a single word from RCS since, the purchases still reflect and he is still paying for it!!! How rediculous is it of your company to take this long to corrrect a mess which you allowed to happen but you take your monthly installments with no problem and the minute a payment is missed the agents are quick to call to collect!! I suggest RCS gets their act together it doesnt take this long to correct and error and its certainly a bad reflection on the kind of service you offer with your lack of communication on the investigation! We are appalled by the lack of professional that RCS constantly displays... Its not the first time either!!!
