Wrong account details, credit record at risk!!!

I received a call to advise I have an amount of 500 odd outstanding. I was shocked as I have 3 cars all with Tracker and my monthly debit orders all go through. After investigation it turns out they had banking details that doesn't belong to me. With their incompetence of firstly using the incorrect banking details they had the audacity to threaten me with a negative reflection on my credit record. After fighting with them they advised me that there will be a once off debit order to correct their mistake. The debit order went off my account and might I just add not the R500 odd they advised but R1400 odd. I received a notification from Tracker this morning to advise they have suspended my account due to non payment. When I called to query this with the original supervisor that arranged for the debit order she was not able to take my call and I am still waiting for feedback!!!

I am trying to figure out if Tracker is just too incompetent to handle their accounts and what should happen heaven forbid should I actually have to use this useless company for the service I am paying for.

I am utterly disgusted by the lack of service and the incompetence of this company!!!
