No feed bank after withdrawal

I have a month reported that there was withdrawal from my account and since now no consulatant called after reporting at the bank. Standard you are so lousy when it comes to service the wolrse thing is you dont take care youre clients and dont do anything about this withdrawal from youre customers bank accounts
