Good day. I have contacted Dstv on 23/03/2013. I queried the fact that I was more than double debited for my Dstv account. I switched decoders and advised the lady that I would only like to have the old decoder for future use of xtra view. I was also advised that I would be contacted with in 7 days as this is how long it takes to retrieve a call recording? To date I have not heard a word from Dstv and would thus like to log a complaint and ask to be contacted in regard to this with a resolution. Don't contact me to discuss the matter, but rather to advise me of the resolution as I feel there is a complete process breakdown when switching decoders. The lady at the call centre could have taken the time to advise me if I wanted to open a new account, to which I would have advised NO! Only a simple switch of decoders. Can I also please ask why it takes so long to resolve a complaint?
