There have been purchases made on my GAME card in December 2012. For the past 10 months there has been an absolute struggle trying to get members of RCS Group and GAME to come resolve this problem. It is impossible to locate an individual to contact me or for me to contact. An affidavit has been sent through to RCS which is constantly ignored. I have stopped payments on the account and RCS has handed it over to their lawyers. Why is is that it is simple for RCS to commmunicate with lawyers but not with me? In the year and 4 months the account has been open have have not received a single statement via mail. I am also refused ALL statements via email. Communication from my side is constantly ignored. I will not be made a victim due to staff of GAME not being able to follow their own procedure on purchases being made against the GAME card. If there is anyone who has any information that can help me fight back please contact me. I refuse to laydown and back-off when GAME is guilty of missconduct. I make a plee to anyone who can assist.
