Account Issues Unresolved

After was committed on my account in November 2012, I've been unable to get Edcon to correct my account to reflect only my transaction and related charges.

Instead, the account continued to reflect the incorrect address, interest charges related to the purchases and product purchases such as Personal Accident Fund for which I also requested proof of transaction.

Instead, they chose to ignore all my mails and calls, and continue to load interest, tarnish my name with their credit bureaux and harass me with collection calls.

During all of these calls, I ended up explaining my experience and lack of any service from Edcon to the team leaders, who undertook to address the problem themselves, which turned out to be empty promises.
I've tried, and the NCR to try and get a reaction from Edcon, but still to no surprise - Nothing!!

I'm not very optimistic with this listing, but I'll eventually take all evidence and communication to someone that cares.
