Firstly: I own an RCS card/account which is always paid the correct amount on time every month. On the 19th of December enquire via the cellphone service how much needs to be paid for the month of December - only to receive a message stating "your available credit is currently R0 as your card has been suspended for further purchases. For queries call 0861729727". The professional thing for the company to do was to call me & notify me that my card was suspended & what the reason for this is as I could have depended on these funds for certain purchases.

Secondly: I have been calling the 0861 number everyday since the 20th of December - obviously understanding that there are public holidays & Sundays in between these 8 days. The problem I have is that I have spent close on 10 minutes on every call attempt (which I have been charged for by my cellular provider). Not once out of all these 10 minute calls have I managed to speak to a consultant regarding the issue on my account.

I have had nothing but issues with this RCS card - my plan is to pay up & close this card! I will advise everyone I know against getting an RCS card...
