Loosing my homeloan because of Blue Bean

We Logged a request on Saturday 1 June 2013 for the account to be closed because they had put a block on my name and did not even notify me. There is no outstanding paymants what so ever on the card we just did not use it for some time. We also requested a letter for the transaction and to this day havent recieved it and we are going to loose out homeloan aplication. This also may lead to contract breach on our contract with the real estate agents. We phoned every day 3-4 times for the letter and completion of this request. The consaltant said it would take only 48h then it was 72h now we must wait 48h for a letter. Please Help!!! We are in a panic.
