The insurer contact me to update my policy and make the insurance amout bigger, i agree and they said they post the documentation. The second new premuim is off and no docs yet. I phone the customer services twice and promised to mail it to me, but nothing yet received. They quote me for 1 million rand life cover which i agree to and if you use the mobile option to access your policy information the sum assured is only R500 000.
