More than 2 weeks ago Gabi from the Prestige Banking assisted to upgrade my Blue Bean Gold card to Premium.
I have phoned Blue Bean and they have no idea of the request. I phoned the Prestige Helpline and they have no idea of the request. This is after I phoned and confirmed that the request was send a week after Gabi made the request. Blue Bean don't understand their product and everytime I phone either Prestige or Blue Bean get quoted different time it will take. The service and turnaround times range from 7days to 21working days and no one has a clue of what is going on.
