Listed on ITC an not advised

I applied for a homeloan at standard bank and they came back stating that my homeloan is declined due to a an itc listing with Blue bean mastercard nr - 5274662204337088. I was not advised that the card was listed. I called the customer care and they advised that the card is not in arrears. the legal department sents me from pillar to post spoke to over 8 consultants and no one can help.
