Why do my parents receive my credit card statement

I set up my credit card account at Nedbank whilst living in Midrand (back in 2010). Why on earth is my parents receiving my credit card statements per snail mail (in Durban)??? I originally set my Nedbank Savings account up when I lived with my parents (when in High School, I'm now almost 30!). This is completely unacceptable! You are sending very private information to THE WRONG PEOPLE! This is a complete breach of my trust with Nedbank! Is it just a general thing in this country that banks simply cannot do proper admin?
