To prevent Legal Action on your STD Bank Card

I had a credit card with blue bean, affiliated with STD bank themselves. The Blue bean Credit card is paid in full and closed, I have been banking with Nedbank for the past 5 years, and they to me are the best bank around.

I received two sms' ' To prevent Legal action on your STD BANK CARD Acc Ref:0278000439702585 urgently call MBD INC. on (011) 560-4388 to make arrangement". repeated.

I received a third sms " You recently recieved our letter of demand on your STD BANK CARD Acc 0278000439702585. please make an imediate payment or contact MBD INC on (011) 560-4388".

My Closed Credit card is 5120570400289464, I even have a letter of closure from STD Bank.
Please Explain this when I do not have a credit card??
