PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO FIND ANOTHER BANK

Good Day

I applied for an account 2 months ago and I am still trying to locate my card and another salary date will pass on the 15th, please let me know if I should just find myself another bank.

Called in yesterday transferred 4 times only to be told go to the branch which branch? I done an Online application that was approved and i was sent back and forth from one branch to the other trying to collect it and now I am told to go to a branch.

Please can someone just help me!
