Standard Bank
Card Not at Branch as told by sms

I received an sms from standard bank with the following massage: "Please collect your renewed Standard bank Personal card at Centurion branch with your ID." As my card Expires in 03/13.
I went into the Centurion Branch to collect my card, I stood in a queue as told by Reception. I stood there for over 20min. When I was helped the lady told me I need to go to The Mall @ Reds branch?!?!?!? Now I need to go to that branch, and then wait again 20 or more Min? Why did the sms not state that I need to go to Mall @ Reds and not Centurion. I wasted my time by standing in a queue for so long. Why can't Standard bank also deliver the bank cards like some of the other banks???
I am in the process of closing my Standard bank account for reasons like this!
