Een a month and still waiting for my bank card

Last month i decided to open up a standard bank account and also switch my salary, on the 26/04 i went into the branch had the account opened and i was told that it would take at least
2 weeks for me to recieve my card . i chose eersteriver branch as it was closest to where i live, i was then advised it will first go to helderberg branch and thereafter to eersteriver. three weeks later i am still waiting for my card, no sms, call or email letting my know that i can come and collect it. i then decided to mail card division and enquire, they then told me that my card is at helderberg, i even asked them if their info was correct it is supossed to go to eersteriver and again they respond that it is at my pre-selected branch helderberg. already frustrated i go to the helderberg branch wait in a long qeue only to be told the card has been requested from eersteriver on the 04/04/ already, i go to eersteriver and their lines are down so again i cannot get my card. 4 weeks later i am still without a card, i recieved my salary on the 25th and cannot access it meaning that i am heavily inconveniened! all branched are closed today and cannot go to the branch in the week cz i work. very upset
