I applied for a account via a salesperson per telephone and after completion of the call I was told everything was in order and that in a few days I must go to the branch to collect my card. After about a week I went to the Potch branch to collect my card, after a wait I was informed that no info was available on the whereabouts of my card/account and that they will assist me in opening an account in branch. (This was done all in working time as the collection should have only been a case of collecting and leaving). The account was opened and again I was informed that in a few working days I will be notified by sms that my card is at the branch. After about 2 weeks I had to call the contact centre to find out where my card is, I was told that it has been waiting at the branch for more than a week and that I can go and fetch it (No sms was received) Yesterday, again during my lunch break, I went to collect the card only to be informed that the card does not work and that I cannot use it, now I have to go in for a third time this weekend to collect a new card that should have been in my possession about 2 weeks ago, this isn't a great start for a new banking relationship
