We applied for a re-advance on our bond. Went to N1 City branch and was told the process would take 5-7 days. We submitted everything on 5 Feb at N1 City and was under the impression that everything was sent through only to find out via the Home loan call center that it was only submitted on 7 Feb. (Ref 4334338) On 13 Feb we were called by Theresa from N1 City and told that she faxed and emailed the documentation several times and that its not clear enough and then she told me to collect my docs from the branch and to fax it from somewhere else in the mall at my own cost!!! On the 21st of Feb the re-advance was approved, When I called to find out when it would pay out nobody could tell me what the process is from hereon. Then they want the same documents from us that was already submitted with the original application several times now. We must constantly go in to a branch. We never get feedback from Theresa and its taken us almost a month now to get this re-advance. No-one talks the same story. We even moved all our accounts over, cards were wrong, profiles were wrong. Overall this has been the worst experience EVER with a bank! And we are still waiting...
