I received a message from standard bank say that my cheque card is ready for collection from the Mowbray branch. I call them to have it moved to the Plumstead branch as i am unable to collect it from Mowbray. I then got a message saying it was at the Constantia branch, i called once again to have it moved to Plumstead. When i phone again i was told it was at the Plumstead branch. When i took the time to drive to the branch to collect it i was told it was at Constantia and that they will request the transfer again and that i will have my card before the end of the June when my card expired. I have called more than three times today and have been shoved around by. I contacted Plumstead branch and was told that the card was not there. Then transfer to card div only to get cut off half way through my call. So called back and then i'm told that the system says my card is at Plumstead when clearly it is not. When i try to explain that i spoke to the branch and the card is not there the agent tells me to go to the branch to request the transfer, something that i have already done and that didnt help as i still have no card. All you have done is waste my time and money.
