I have been banking with Standard bank for the last 6 years and i was refered to the customer assist to assist me with my financial problem im currently facing. im really dissapointed with the call center. I have sent in my appication on the 8 of May and they said it would take 10-15 business days to get feedback. I've called numerous times and on different occasions and all that was said to me is my application is in the same position, In a managers que due to being short staffed and a back log, this was told me for the last 3 weeks. I call every second day hoping there would be some progress but unfortunately I get the same response. i really need to know where i stand. Ive not been the only one complaining about this bad service that standard bank is offering and something needs to be done. We as customers are investing our time and money into standard bank and I honestly feel they need to take charge and begin to show their customers that they actually care and is willing to make things better by implementing a better way of serving their customers more efficiently. I'm really shocked by this knowing that I've been a loyal customer for 6 years. This is unacceptable an dissapointi
