On the 8th of March 2013 I tried to withdraw money from a Standard Bank ATM and it timed out giving me an error code on my slip with no money, BUT the money was deducted from my account. Called customer care and was advised that it can take up to 15 days to be rectified.
Called the customer care division on numerous occasions and was promised feedback but Nothing was done by anyone to sort the matter out.
Absa can sort out this within 2 days, But unfortunately all I get from Standard Bank is empty promises.

Standard Bank is definately not moving my banking forward.
