Not a happy customer Denied Debt Consolidtion Loan

Recently moved my accounts to standard bank thinking there is real banking but i think the banks in SA are the same in the way they treat foreginers, I do feel that there is discrimination based on nationality. Wanted to do a debt consolidation denied because I am still new to standard bank. Secondly affodribility and thats why i need to consolidate the debt otherwise i was not gonna apply for one. Nw they say I am still new and my question do uonly assist old customers? i was with fnb and there is always banking history with fnb. so why new? do u assist only old customer? meaning someone who doesnt bank with standard bank will never beassisted? bvious u do assist them but u just discriminatin. I checked on yur website and it says u are offering value added services to yur current account holders and inlude credit assist. How come u cant assist me. am even a prestige banker and u say '' even more access to loans'' is this true? i dont want money all i want is to cosnolidate. Honestly i am not happy and dont knw which bank to go to now coz all of them they just advertise but not help. No real banking at all.
