I applied for customer assist in January with all neccessary paperwork and received a response that I will hear from Customer assist in 15 working days. I called today to find out that my file has not yet been assigned to a manager and this is now 4 months later. I have been a Standard Bank customer for 22 years and had expected the bank I have been loyal to, to stand by me through my difficult times. Very disappointing Standard bank that you treat loyal customers so poorly.
