I have a funeral policy with Clientele life. My husband died and I claimed for the funeral benefits due to me but to this day have not received a cent from them. I spoke to Sihle and she told me that she did not receive the fax I sent last week. I sent another one this morning but I was told that it was not received too. I called and spoke to Nthabiseng and I was kept holding for ten minutes and was still told that the fax was not received. I am fedup with their service as I have been paying every month and when I need them to pay me back they take me from pillar to post.
