Still waiting for a call back

Hi

i have a funeral policy with clientele, i had my younger sister covered under my parents. something just told me just to call clientele regarding my cash back and no one was to answer to that. to my suprise also when i had to ask an agent regarding my account he then told me that my sister was no longer covered. i never received any letter nor email or even a call from clientele to let me know. its funny how they very quick to debit on my account but they cant even call me back.

the agent said he will escalate for a call back but im still waiting.

i would also like to know when will i get my cash back as i have served 5 years paying clientele wich doesnt care about their customers.

ive put up an investment with u buy paying you monthly with no service.

i need immediate feedback.
